I have been a respite patient in Rushmore Nursing Home for the past 2 weeks. It has been a wonderful experience, I couldn't speak more highly about the nursing home and the treatment I received. The food was very good. The care was wonderful, the staff & management were wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone & certainly will.
